Capitol Building/ Former Magnet House (c. 1930) Murray St .( South), Perth.

An industrial Art Deco building in which, it is believed, electric motors were made. The simple geometric façade makes clever decorative use of ventilation grids, incised lettering and the relief magnet sculpture on the parapet.
